The Brut Classic by Deutz radiates the glass with a beautiful intense golden color, enhanced by an abundant and fine perlage. On the nose, it expresses soft and mineral hints and fruity and floral tones, with small references to the world of pastry and bakery. The tasting profile is anchored on a strategic and vibrant freshness that leads to a pleasant and silky tasting experience. Pleasant, clear, and clean are the adjectives that best represent it, and indeed Thierry Hamon, a famous English sommelier, said of it: “the Brut Classic is like an opera overture, an epicurean moment that inaugurates a special and shared moment.”
