After harvesting, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing, followed by the alcoholic fermentation of the must carried out by indigenous yeasts for a duration of 2-3 weeks. The resulting wine, with an alcohol content of around 8%, is subjected to the process of double distillation in copper pot stills. This is followed by aging exclusively in oak barrels for a minimum period of 5 years before the blending of the Cognacs and the final bottling.

The color of the Vallein Tercinier VSOP Premium Selection Cognac is a bright and intense amber.
